The interior is way better than any castle I've destroyed in Poland. The food is so good that even Gordon Ramsay would give head to the chefs. I love drowning people in the big swimming pool. But when smoke isn't coming from the wildlifes in Pirin people aren't screaming that they are going to suffocate, so bad.

I am not first time in this hotel, we came here every year in December. Location is perfect, hotel is also perfect, especially swimming pools,wellness center and spa area. This year we’re visited and kinds republic vith our 3 years old daughter and also we like it. The different we noticed this year was the unskilled, unfriendly stuff, they are unpolite, no smile on their face, they don’t say hello or good morning, good evening…. They looks unhappy and disappointed expeditiously the girl who works at lobby bar That’s the reason why my rating is 4 We will come and next year and I hope we will be welcomed by kind and smiling staff.

I have recently stayed at the hotel, together with my wife, as I had to do some physiotherapy for my knee. We often went for SPA and physiotherapy treatments in a place in Velingrad. Unfortunately, quality dropped down year by year, and we decided to look for alternatives. Thankfully, looking for a quick escape, as our lives are quite dynamic, we found an opportunity to visit your hotel. And we loved and enjoyed everything you had to offer. Hot Springs Medical & Spa Hotel is the best spa hotel in Bulgaria I’ve ever stayed at. We stayed in a cottage for six people: comfortable beds, good-quality bed linen, and in the room there were bathrobes and separate towels for the spa. Very often new hotels suffer from “teething problems”, and those that have been operating for a few years already start to age quickly: things break, corners get dirty, rooms look shabby. Hot Springs Medical & Spa Hotel is a pleasant exception. The hotel is not new, but it is in excellent condition: everything is clean and well maintained, and you don’t see any damage or signs of wear and tear anywhere. This is clearly the merit of the management and the team taking care of the property. Our stay included breakfast and dinner. It wasn’t “perfect for me” food, but honestly, it’s the best food I’ve had in Bulgarian hotels. The spa area is quite spacious, clean, and well organized. It’s perfect that from the indoor pool you can swim outside and, while relaxing in the warm mineral water, look at the snow-covered mountains. You already want to come back just for this view.

Location is top. Tv is small. Breakfast and dinner are decent but it is very frustrating that u must pay for a drink at dinner, unlike at breakfast. Staff are alright I just don't understand why must they serve u food at the buffet for the main dishes, it creates long wait lines and u have to tell them what u want, instead u should just put it yourself at this point. The spa and the swimming pool outside are good.
