Lazying by the warm mineral pool was amazing. Stuff is very kind and helpfull.
Виж в GoogleI never met such an aggressive receptionist 🤬 she doesn't even speak English. they told us the price on the phone, then they suddenly decided to add charges that were not agreed upon. When we refused to pay it, they shouted at us, kept us waiting for hours, and threatened to call the police! The food was terrible too - Nothing but cheese and dough. Too bad because we had a nice time, but the staff including the manager completely ruined our impression of Bulgarian people

Виж в GoogleI have been visiting the place for years. Probably have been there more than 7-8 times. Every time it is very clean. The food is delicious, the service is great and very friendly. Personally, I would recommend getting a house as they come with a private jacuzzi and you can skip the shared pool. But every option is worth a try.
Виж в GoogleWe booked a few days snowboarding at Bansko and came across this little gem in a nearby town. It didn't matter that we weren't super local as they were more than happy to shuttle us into and back out of town each day. Overall price was incredibly good value compared to the places in Bansko! The 2 bed chalet we had was modern, clean, and everything worked! The private jacuzzi was a welcome bonus after a day on the slopes. The restaurant did some great food and the staff were very friendly. f we were going back to Bansko, we'd definitely come back here again. Highly recommended.
