Very disappointing stay, especially for New Year’s Eve. Rooms were freezing cold with broken window frames, no proper hot water due to a broken boiler, and a bathroom leaking everywhere. The pool water burns your eyes from too much chlorine. Food was bad and insufficient, the restaurant was cold and closed at 9 PM (except New Year’s Eve, when it worked until 1 AM only). Terrible music the whole time. Many small but annoying issues: bad coffee, poorly maintained playroom, locked doors in the evening, forcing guests to climb stairs and go down again. Overall the hotel feels poorly maintained and badly managed. Not worth the money. Would not recommend.

We were several families. We left with good impressions. A hotel with huge potential. Warm rooms, warm pool, helpful staff and a manager who watches over everything and takes care of even the smallest detail. This is impressive.

We had a reservation through Booking for two rooms for two nights, with check-in at 2:00 PM. However, the rooms were not ready at the scheduled time. After considerable complaining, we managed to get the key for one room earlier, while the second room was only made available late in the afternoon. There was inconsistency in the amenities: one room had bathrobes for the pool, while the other did not, with the explanation that “there were no more available.” In addition, one of the rooms was equipped only with an electric heater, which never worked, leaving the room uncomfortably cold. On the second day, no housekeeping service was provided at all, and towels were not replaced. The breakfast was extremely poor and certainly not what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. Overall, the experience did not meet either the advertised standards or the hotel’s 4-star rating.

The hotel staff is very friendly and professional, the rooms are very clean, the food is also good and varied... I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful stay and I especially thank Maxim the receptionist...
