Had a great stay overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed . Dimitar from Main restaurant provided excellent service and made the dining experience even better. The room was spacious, quiet, and had everything required for a comfortable stay. We stay with our puppy’s and was comfortable for them as well! What I loved the most was the endless champagne. Will come back !

A pretty good hotel. They do, however, charge 20 euro per an hour for late check out. Which is greedy for a hotel that charges 300+ euro per night. We stayed for three nights and felt it was a money grab on their part. Food is pretty good, but there isn't enough variety and it's often cold. It feels as though they cycle the food of the main restaurant to the other resturants after each meal. Service is a mixed bag. You have wonderful staff (a guy called Alex was simply the best and most hospitable person you could imagine), and you have some real jerks. Usually the bartenders at the lower lounge and the pool. We went with the all inclusive pack. While it's true that it wasn't exactly as robust as we would like, we did have plenty of food and sweets, and we were fine with being limited to only two types of cocktails. Besides, certain bartenders were extra generous and would often give a little extra with a wink and a smile (mostly at the main lounge bar). All in all, it was a good experience. I don't think we'll be coming back though. It's the little things that ruin an experience. They should try a little harder.

I have mixed opinions about this hotel. The SPA facilities are superior for comparable places in Bulgaria, but I did not find it a relaxing experience due to the behavior of other guests. The service and quality are suboptimal for the rest of experience given the price of the stay vs expectations of service. I am happy I got to try it at least once as a first timer in the region, but I would probably opt for more authentic resorts the next time.

Hello, this review is for the heads of the Spa center and I will ask them to reach them and get back to me quickly. There is a boy employee who distributes bathrobes and towels at a small reception desk. I think his name was Mohammed. I really liked this boy. He behaved well. He was very communicative. I talked to him for more than 20 minutes on various topics and I liked him a lot. I also have a small hotel in Bansko. So I really liked this boy for my hotel to be an employee and I want to take him. I will spend the next few days talking to him to make an agreement. I haven't offered him yet, but I want to contact the managers to buy him back and take him to me if possible. Please answer quickly!!!!

We had a great stay at Grand Hotel Therme. We chose half board, but even that felt almost all‑inclusive — there is food available everywhere, all day, almost too much to try. The hotel is usually quite full, with many families and children, yet it remains well‑organized and comfortable. Rooms are spacious, very clean, and the complimentary daily minibar is a fantastic bonus. The true highlight is the Pulse Gym & Spa. Hotel guests can use the private hotel spa, and there’s also the larger Pulse Spa open to external visitors. It can get a bit crowded around 6–7 PM when the party vibe starts and more young people arrive, but the spa is so huge that it still feels manageable. With endless pools, saunas, and even a spa cinema, it’s a real wellness playground. Overall, a lively, modern spa resort with great food, big rooms, and standout wellness facilities. Highly recommended.
