I was treated at EO Dent last year and some corrections needed to be made. My last treatment was performed by Dr. O.Pavlov and I feel better now. Especially "Thank you" to Vladi, who was very helpful and responsive. Happy to experience high standards of service in Bulgaria already.

The dentist is awesome, this is for the employees on the parter level - receptionists are ganged up it is scary.Is it really necessary to have 5 receptionists at once? The scariest one is the cashier who appears to be rude and aggressive due to lack of knowledge and simply not liking people generally. I had extemely poor experience when I was given as requested the latest available timing (after work), every single person involved reminded me that it is the end of the working day and I have been rushed all the way. The cashier was asked a clarification question by me for the bill and she started raising her voice (elderly woman who acted as if she couldn’t stand or tolerate nothing). As she started raising her voice, a receptionist came to ask “what’s happening” rather then trying to explain, she came to say that “the doctor is worried”… rather then worrying about the patient/client (thanks to whom she has a job). The question is if I want to be back because of the dentist, how can I avoid all those oriental mannered women at the entrance/exit. I do not have tolerance for strangers raising their voice for no particular reason.

Just left the building I had a hygiene and a general check. Both of the consultation took 15 minutes maximum. The doctor went very fugitive trow both of the procedures. I know from experience that a hygiene clean takes at least 20 minutes. That was my first and my last visit.

I have no compliants for medical service, however it is very disrespectful towards patients (especially children) not having a water cooler at the outpatient department. After asking three times at the reception the answer was " we do not have water for patients". This is unacceptable for such respectfull clinic.
