Still some good specialists left at the clinic, but communication, services and the receptionist are pretty poor. Getting in touch with the same doctor for updates or for the same doctor to treat your pet is very difficult. No proper 24/7 care either. Combining this with the outrageous prices unfortunately makes the clinic a mixed experience overall at best.

The staff speaks English, which makes communication easy for international visitors. While the prices are well above average, the quality of service justifies the cost. According to my local friend, this is one of the best places for handling complex cases, such as surgeries or difficult diagnoses.

Caring and very knowledgeable VETs and general staff. Even for severe cases they don't give up and persist in helping and saving the animal. I take one star for lacking a convenient stopping and parking place.

To the dedicated, amazing, full staff of Central Veterinary Clinic. A hospital is truly nothing without the people who run it. What I saw, must be one of the best in the whole world. Hey they care for Bulgaria's Zoo life! Also, a special acknowledgment to the faces and crew that did everything possible to help save and care for our dearest little black Bonbon. For dearly helping his parents, as best as possible, during such a traumatic time. He lived 2 thirds of his little life (10yrs old) We are not the first and we will not be the last. Just the way of life, animal and human a like. Dr. Georgeva is one of a kind. I wish I knew the name of the Surgeon who attempted to work a miracle even though Bonbons parents were too late bringing him from Burgas. Cheers.

was forwarded here by our regular vet after my cat stopped eating, going to the litter box and was overall lethargic. i called and they said we can come in the same day, which i did, they took us in, looked at his X-rays and it turned out he needed surgery. the surgery was performed the same night (which was essential for us). they gave me timely updates while he stayed there for a couple of nights. when he was ready to be released, i was given detailed instructions on what to do at home and my cat fully recovered. this was almost a year ago and he is doing great. it's pricey but I think not unreasonable for surgery and overnight stay. overall we had as good of an experience as possible in such a stressful situation and I'm very thankful for all the staff has done for us ❤️
