I walked in expecting a legit pet store, but what I found was disturbing. There were two dead bettas left in their tanks, which were filthy and neglected. Tanks that dirty aren't just gross — they're a death sentence for fish. Cages were overcrowded, especially for small animals like guinea pigs, which need space to be healthy and happy. There was a shaking chameleon, clearly stressed and probably sick, barely able to move properly. To top it off, there was a dog with a price tag that was ridiculous. This place treats animals like disposable inventory, not creatures deserving care and respect. If you care about animal welfare, avoid this store and definitely report them if you can. It’s heartbreaking and unacceptable to see animals suffering for profit.

The workers are not at all friendly and they are not ready to help a customer. It even looks like they don't want to be in the store. Fix your attitude towards customers please!

This is a very nice store it's in the underground floor of the mall in case you look for it on Google maps it would say it's outside the mall.

Don’t buy live pets from this store. They are not properly treated, fed and taken care of. It is awful to see the state of some of the animals there, like a horror shop! Sad and unethical!

Not very polite staff. It looks that you distarbing them, when addressing a question!!
