Fantastic shop for tourists and professional alpine lovers. The shop has equipment clouds shoes and many more at good prices and quality. Highly recommend.

I bought a pair of kinda expensive shoes,the seller was extremely condesending the entire time and that wouldn't have been a problem if he didn't convince me its mandatory to buy trekking shoes 2 sizes bigger than your foot so "your foot has place to move". Now my feet hurt every time I wear the shoes and have to resell them

Terrible service and overall experience. Bought decent pair of shoos from them. Next day it turns up they are very uncomfortable for me (probably the size didn't quite matched) and I ended up with some blisters. Upon attempt to exchange the boots for more fitting size on the very next day after the purchase the manager told me she cannot take them back/exchange them and I should sell them myself as they are useless to me.

Friendly and helpful. Small but still with a good range of products. Bought a great Millet Gore Tex jacket.

The store has very friendly staff and enough choice but i give 2 because im dissapointed by the quality of the brands they offer. Most of their stuff is Millet - over the years ive owned 4 5 products (syntetic down, rain jacket, approach shoes, shirt, etc) and all of them are just bad quality. It breaks, leaks, dries slow, etc. Ive similar opinion for many other brands they offer on the rock climbing side - grivel, rock empire, etc. They also have nicer quality brands but limited choice. So again - i have good opinion of the shop organization, and very bad opinion of the products sold. Ill change to places that sell brands i have had good experience with!
