Exellent organisation of my and my family's trip to Bodrum by Verso travel. Very pleasent and exiting stay at Parkim Ayaz Hotel. I look forward to visit it again next year.

The hotel is at a very high level, we booked 8 days. The entertainment team is made up of professionals, the hygiene in the hotel is more than high. The restaurants are exceptional (both the main and the other three). The managers of the pool bar, animation and lobby are 100% professionals. I urgently needed help for the child ... everyone (reception, reception manager, etc.) responded. If you want a 100% vacation ... this is your place.

It took much longer that expected, as we left Sofia with 30 mins delay, but then also took the wrong road multiple times. There was no timely information about what's going on. It felt chaotic rather than well planned. Also, my perception is that your agency guide didn't manage the group well time-wise during the breaks, and was only prepared with scarce information about the places we passed by on the road and the program itself. It was adventurous, but I'd still choose a different travel agency if I'm looking for a carefree vacation. If more information would be useful in terms of improvement points, I'd be happy to help.
