The store has good variety of my favourite brands, I would always prefer to visit the store and look at the selection and maybe make a small talk with the sales person. Sadly the physical shop of Urbanize feels more like a storage place, I went there Monday morning to inquire about a specific hat I saw on your website - the store was not open at the opening hours, when I was able to enter, I wasnt really greeted and felt unwanted, when I asked about the item which i was interested in particular (also mentioned that its available on the web page) I was told that what I see in the store is what you have, no desire to check the online availability, no desire to help me in any way and it seems no desire to take my money. I would've probably bought additional stuff besides the hat. This is not the first time this has happened when I visit. Good part is that I ordered the hat from your online store and received it in less than 24h.
