University Hospital “Sveti Georgi” JSC в Пловдив

Due to an emergency, my dad was taken to this hospital by ambulance. The emergency doctors were great and polite. The main doctor handling my dad was professional but wasn't very informative. The student doctors were friendly and provided further information and compassion. Nurses and other staff were rude and just horrible. The room was terrible that stank of urine and poo. There were urine on the floor and no janitor even came to clean for two days. Nurses hardly came in to check on the patients. No toilet paper, no help for patients that are not mobile with their diapers, nothing ! Serious problem with the nurses here!

An old hospital in Plovdiv. It could be in better conditions, and with a bit more efficient workers (I'm sure that not all of them are so rude and clumsy, but had not very nice experience with most of them). Not only the dirty and broken ambient around, also the decoration (the paintings) looks like a nightmare.

An old hospital but with amazing stuff at the Orthopaedic-Surgical ward! Many thanks to the doctor who oversaw my husband's case and thank God he spoke English! Dear Doc, everything you told my husband about his ankle, was -unfortunately- true. The downside: the rude staffers at the main reception, next to the entrance outsixe of which ambulances stop, whom I told I'm an English speaker with poor Bulgarian and looked down on me...

We went to this hospital twice: the first time for a hypertensive crisis, and the second time due to a suspected retinal detachment. We were very satisfied with the medical care we received. Both times we were seen quickly and underwent all the necessary tests. The doctors speak excellent English.

I went to this hospital for my hemodialisis treatment during my vacations. I had an excellent experience with my nephrology doctor and all the nurses. A car went me every time in the hospital and went me back. Thank you for everything....from Greece
