Extremely poor organization regarding the additional excursions! An absolute parody! A recommendation for finding English-speaking staff! No one is obligated to know Russian. Additional information about the place you're going to, read from Google... One can definitely find much better options for various destinations locally.

Never ever work with this terrible agency. We booked our vacation in May 2022, then before 15 days of the flight they charged us extra 65 euro for the fuel oil for flight ! but in August fuel prices were lower than May ! When we arrived at the hotel, they brought us to the another building of the Hotel not a main building ! The room is only 3-4 m2, you cant even put your luggage anywhere. Also they sell the rooms as ' Ultra All Inclusive' but when you arrive at your hotel you realize this hotel does not have Ultra All inclusive concept ! Stay away from Tez tour and their partners like Usit colours !! People who read my and other comments here and still want to work with them, will regret soo much and remember the comments here. Their best effort is to cheat people untill they sell rooms or holiday package !

One month before my reservation which I had made and paid last November they called me and said they had to move me to another hotel because mine was overbooked. I refused to go to the offered hotel as it was waaaay different than the one I had picked for my family vacation. Eventually I cancelled my reservation and they returned the whole amount. But it still makes me angry how picking them for my holiday actually ruined it as every other nice hotel in Turkey was already fully booked or at a triple price for the period we had planned to go on vacation.

We picked Tez Tour for our vacation in Alanya, Turkey, whoever we weren’t very pleased with their service. - first of all the transfer was terrible and it takes almost 5 hours from Antalia airport, therefore you arrive at your hotel around midnight. When Tez Tour representative arrives at your hotel they will try to sell you boat tours and other activities for very high prices ( which you can find for half the price in the center). They mostly tolerate Russians and don’t speak English at all. After the transfer the bus has a mandatory stop at a place which has very very high prices ( don’t buy anything, you are better of buying it from the bus they offer soft drinks at around 1-4 euro). And also in this places look after your belonging because some locals may try to rob you, they entered in our bus and were checking out our stuff. We would not recommend.

Tez Tour was recommended to us by family members and we booked a holiday in Turkey with them. However, we aren’t pleased with their service. Their representatives in Turkey were all Russian and didn’t know Bulgarian or English, so the communication was a bit hard. On our last day we were told to ask at the reception when the bus will take us from the hotel to the airport. The people from the reception had no idea and asked us if we had the phone number of our guide. Fortunately, we did but nobody answered. Later on we managed to contact the guide and learn when the bus will take us. However, a few other Bulgarians never got this information even though they were told the representatives will contact them shortly. Very disappointing and unorganised!
