The staff is really good and polite. It is very clean and quiet. There is only central AC. You can't adjust the temperature in the room. Bathrooms need renovation. The beds are nice. There is a nice view. Breakfast is the same every day. And the prices are a little high for the service you get.

A wonderful hotel with very friendly staff. The service and room quality were very good. The beds were also very comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious. A female employee even offered us Turkish tea. It was a nice experience. The male employee at the reception was also very friendly and sincere.

"you get what you pay for" would be a classic thing to say. But the rooms are actually quite cozy, with a good AC! The included breakfast is not "the biggest", but definitely a plus !

Initially I disliked the hotel due to a very rough way of communication with the staff and reception. It was a hot summer day and the room had no air-conditioning. After a bit of talk the hotel changed our room. Air-conditioning was working properly there. Wifi was ok and the location was great. Breakfast was really not good. I have said I don't eat meat and the reply was well just leave the ham on the plate. That I did. They did have a nice tea collection I must admit. The hotel went under renovations and it seems updated. The manager did come and we had a nice chat about air-conditioning and repairs they will do and she was kind to offer her apologies to the group. Overall the beds were comfortable and there was a bathtub in the bathroom. Convenient for a few nights. Pretty much the same for the second time around.

If you are backpacker is expensive but for hotel the price is normal. I have read the comments. The hotel furniture are not old but some places needs a fix. Breakfast good enough. Parking spot with security camera. Stuff were kind. Nice cat outside of the door is waiting for some remains of your food.
