Absolutely unhelpful and rude staff! Beware too that they will not offer refunds on faulty products! I bought a bag today from the teodor store at Sofia Ring Mall, but when I returned to the hotel, I  discovered the bag was faulty. The metal hinge that holds the handle was broken. I took the bag to the store on Vitosha Blvd (nearest to my hotel). The woman said they didn't do this model so i have to exchange it at the store I bought from, which was more that 2 hour return trip on public transport (and we're leaving Sofia next day). The bag is still listed online so it's not that it has been discontinued and is only  exclusive to a particular store. I asked her politely if i could just get a refund. The answer was a rude 'no' then she turned away and kept speaking to her colleague. If you believe  that you pay more for quality and service, think twice before walking into this store. The quality of the product is average, the prices are well above average and the service is beyond rude!

I'm satisfied with the overall service and the clothes that I bought, staff helped me with my choices and assisted me with putting on some accessories. I also missed a special sale where you buy 3 and get 20% off and they let me choose a 3rd article and get the discount 2 days after my initial purchase. Discounts are pretty good I managed to find an awesome suit for like 150lvs

The staff are very polite and have the eye for details, guessed my size from first glance! Even offerd a free member card. Awesome

Great choice, but the staff shouldn't give attitude when you refuse to buy shoes that are too small, never seen that anywhere else

Atrociously rude staff! On June 9, 2022, I walked into the store - there were 4 sales associates and 1 customer. I was not greeted or acknowledged in any way. All 4 staff members were grumpy and avoided eye contact. On several occasions I asked different associates about items I liked. Their responses were curt and they walked away as fast as they could.
