Purchased product that was on "promotion" just to find it the next day 40% cheaper after the so-called promo has ended. Be very careful when buying products that are on promotion.

As long as you don't have to return or act on you warranty the people are kind. The check out can be very slow. I love, however, the people that assist with your choices. So far they went out of their way to find the right product I was looking for.

I bought a camera from Technopolis and it is broken. When I want to return it, they told me it is not possible to get my money back. Very disappointed! I will never buy here again.

Good mix of appliances and electronics choices. The service is a little bit lacking, like everywhere in Bilgaria. A shopper is viewed as an intruder and you dont get a service until you chase down somebody. All electronics purchases are unpacked and tested right in front of you.
