Terrible experience today, my mother asked a group of 5 members of staff standing around doing nothing if they could help in English said no very rudely, then stood there smirking at me and my mother while we struggled to find the correct price of an item. Not even trying to help when I spoke bulgarian to them. I went to complain and again a member of staff was rude and statistic, when we left he smirked and said have a nice day .. was a really uncomfortable and upsetting experience. Went to Praktika and staff were lovely and very helpful. Mr bricolage staff could learn from praktiker staff!

Good size store. Friendly service. Car park is small and charging point located in a stupid position at entrance.

Acceptable. Some items they have are not available in RO ! Improve the cleaning of the toilets though !
