Bought couple of items from that shop .Monitor Lenovo stopped working in few days as seems extremely low quality Chinese batch is sold in this chain of shops .Tested the unit in the shop showing only blinking light and not even the Logo appears .Their Office can not exchange citing that need to be in original package due to serial number is marked there as well nor can return as 14 days in Bulgaria apparently is only for online shopping and consumers are NOT protected at all .Without consultation the fellow is giving me paper to sign as to put it in service and get "professional opinion " on the obvious faulty monitor .Just imagine if you buy 5 items you will need to keep the boxes for years as to be protected from such corrupted and dishonest reseller ! We will NEVER buy anything from this shop and will use AMAZON or other reputable chains .Apart of price customer service and return policy experience in this chain are horrendous .I also strongly suggest to the "brave " which decide to buy anyways from that shop and chain to test ANYTHING before leaves their doors regardless of what those people say. Hope this helps to thousands prior they go to the clerk on the pay desk and proceed with their purchases and sincerely hope that some of Technomarket Management take steps to improve their returned and customer service which are presently at ROCK BOTTOM

I ordered a washing machine and was told (in writing the old one will be taken away on delivery of the new one). Well, the deluvery guy said he has no space in the van and cannot do it. I called the shop and they said they can't come today. I have to take another day off, pay fine for keeping the old wachine machine in the corridor. To top it all up, the shop never got back to me with an explanation and stopped taking my calls. And Daniel Darvenov (doubt it's his real name) from the online CC hung up on me. Worst customer care ever. Will shop with Technopolis only.

We shopped around a lot first and ended up back here for a few items we wanted. Good selection of technical items, electronics, home and kitchen too.

Dishwasher defect, after 40 days waiting the told us we get a new one and it is on stock, when we arrived at the store, it was not on stock and had to wait. Not very good service
