Avoid shopping there at any cost!!! I have shoped in homemax/baumax since they have opened in Varna.Bought everything from building materials, tools to garden plants. Recently had to take back a tool for repair under guarantee(only bought a year ago). They didn't honour the guarantee and blamed me, the customer for the damage. The staff is rude ,the manager even worst. Zero customer service and poor staff training. The reputation of the brand is ruined, but it doesn't seem to bother the owners. Shame.

The quality of most items is really low. The customer service also lacks quite a bit and they even have the audacity to imply you (as a customer) don’t know how something operates and try to accuse you. The whole vibe of the shop is like one of an old warehouse where everything is broken and cheap… although the prices here certainly don’t reflect the quality you’re getting. If you have any issues, straight away ask for a manager otherwise you’ll waste 20+ minutes like I did. Avoid this shop if you can - there are far better alternatives.
