Worst customer experience ever. Purchased a pair of adidas shoes, decided to try them and they turned out to be really uncomfortable after 30 minutes of walking. Tried to return the shoes on the next day, the employee first stated that this is not possible, then said that they will contact me in up to 1 month to let me know if the refund will be approved. They called me a week later saying that the request has been denied and thst i should go back to the shop to take back the shoes. This is totally unacceptable, never buying anything from there again

I am terribly sorry, that I didn’t read the reviews, before I placed my order online. I’ve had so bad experience with them, unprofessional service and attitude for their own mistakes. Few days waiting for confirmation of the order, sending me pair of shoes, that are different colour and three or four sizes bigger, than the once I ordered. I’ve had to pay for the delivery and for about an hour I couldn’t contact them, because the line was always busy. Awful quality of the service!

Previously I had a terrible experience at another Sport Vision store but decided to give this one a chance and came to buy some tennis equipment. The prices at the check out, however, turned out to be different than on the price tags. We were refunded immediately (no question about), but there was no apology or anything like that. Then it seems to be a disease of all Sport Vision stores - they have 3 check out stations but only one is open regardless of how many clients are in the queue. Then when we were checking out, that sole sales guy at the counter left (for a bite?) And people were just standing in the queue and waiting for him to return :D ridiculous customer service, once again

Hope that people will check the reviews first… rude stuff, talking unpleasant things behind your back and when I tried to return a pair of shoes they didn’t give me back my money, but instead they gave me a “gift card”…what am I supposed to do with it…

Canceled order after 3 weeks stating that it is damaged or out of stock, while in the meantime the item is on sale on the web!
