The tennis department called me with clarifying question regarding my order. With my second order though (#29105) the delivery time was 24hours and not only my items didn't arrive within that period but my whole order was canceled a few days after I placed it. It turned out some of the items I ordered where not available and there was a mistake on the website. I was never contacted to discuss this and the rest of my items from the order that were actually available were never shipped. I was also not given an alternative to the items that were incorrectly shown as available on the website. I understand that mistakes can happen, but it's not fair for the customer to be left disappointed due to an error on the website. I believe more proactive communication and solutions should be offered to ensure the customer feels valued and satisfied, even when issues arise. In the end, customers should leave feeling happy, not frustrated.

Another place in Bulgaria with terrible service. Will not be going back under any circumstances and will certainly never recommend it to anyone.
