Today I visited a notary’s office that I will never return to, even if the services were free. Dear Snezhanka, before providing professional services to clients, it is quite obvious that one should have basic manners. This is not something taught at university — it comes from being a decent human being. I witnessed your conversation with a Spanish client, and instead of explaining things properly, you pointed your finger in his face. I offered to translate and help the person, but you refused to even listen. Regarding my own situation, you also spoke in a rather undiplomatic manner. In the end, you are a private entrepreneur, and it is your personal choice how to run your business. I wish you success.

We had a very disappointing experience with this notary. They treated us rudely and without any respect or professionalism. Instead of helping and explaining things clearly, they were impatient and dismissive. We left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected — definitely not the kind of service you expect from a notary. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for courteous and professional treatment.

Disgusting behavior from one particular employee. She was so mean and vicious. Not at all what you would expect from someone working with customers. Exceptionally rude. When I'm paying for a service, I expect them to treat me decently, not to humiliate me. She treated us like we weren't even people, like we were dirt. I do NOT recommend going to this notarius. Horrible experience. Never going back again, I suggest the same for you reading this.

This is the second time I have visited this place. Each time the same narrative is presented. The persons who talk to you upon entering their environment enjoy quizzing you if you know, understand and if you can write in Bulgarian. I understood that I will need an interpreter, no problem. However, the way in which I felt and was asked questions in front of others and natives was unpleasant. Feeling humiliated is not something acceptable for anyone. Considering I have been in Bulgaria for several years and I am somewhat accustomed to beauracracy. I know very well what the social norms are here, as well as the never ending Bulgarian documents which need to be followed, without fail! Apparently! This in itself is laughable considering the daily status of the country with people not following rules and backhanders everywhere in society. Nevertheless, as other internationals have found here, the greeting and total awful mentality is something I do not enjoy. I will take my business elsewhere and share the experience with my many peers! Not good overall, and I would search for an alternative practice if I were you.

5 star for sure !!! Nice people, nice place, clean office, and they are speaking English !!! and the price is cheap compared with the other offices ! LOL, the experience will give you the feeling of visiting them again to just say hi 😂
