I needed a notarized copy of my Bulgarian Id which I could’ve gotten from anywhere without a hassle but I choose this notary because it’s close to my company and they refused to help me with this simple matter and said that I have to have a translator who can translate the document to me( I needed the document in Bulgarian so it didn’t need translation) and they speak English just as well I do but alas they refused and yelled at me utter waste of time

Terrible experience, a random person grabs your documents, another one comes out with them. You just wait there without any clue of whats going on whilst you’re getting cooked in 30+ degrees and staring at an AC unit that’s turned off. Finally when the job is done you get invited inside the office to see all of the employees doing jack and chilling with an AC on. Im never coming back that’s for sure

What a messy place! Quite a large office but so disorganized. Office manager is playing with his phone and walks away while you are talking to him. I was waiting for a half hour but then sent away because of a silly bureaucratic reason. In another place my signatures were authorized without any problems. Stay away from this place!
