totally recommend! i really do not understand why people left negative reviews. i went today at 8.00 to the main laboratory. i do not speak Bulgarian only english. the lady at the reception even if she was not handling english well had a lot a patience and used google translator where she did not understand what i said. she took her time to recommend me their reduction packages. even if there was a que and people were waiting they were all redirected to another receptionist while i was talking about blood tests. they found my veins very easy although i know i have zero visible veins. 45 min later half of my bloodtests were ready and 2 hours later i had even the tumoral markers - i asked for ( roma score). totally recommend this lab! thank you for all

We had a very bad experience. My wife asked the person doing the test if they could be more careful. The person was very rude and didn't want to even listen to what my wife was saying and did the test very very painfully while my wife was screaming. There was another person doing the tests who was much nicer. The rest was of our family were ok. Go somewhere else or at least watch carefully and pick the right person.

Brought a 2 years old kid half an hour ago for blood test... took from the finger as should ... and she released the kid's finger with no sticker nothing..result was: blood on his face, on his hands and full his blouse...and on the question can you pass us a napkin to stop the bleeding? she said go to take from the toilet.. So, young, unexperienced careless personnel.. honestly next time i will not run to block him from touching the nurse's bouse, couches etc...i will just leave him fill everything with blood and then cleaning it after carelessly as they were .. it's a pity a so looking nice laboratory have such personnel...
