There's a good organization in place. When you arrive, you need to draw your number for the waiting list, which will be based on your reason for the visit, from a centrally located tablet in the main area. Then, you can monitor your turn from several monitors placed inside the laboratory and one placed for the people who prefer to wait outside. It's easy and efficient. The staff are polite and quick. Waiting time depends on how many people are there. So, overall I'm pleased with my visit.

Phlebotomy arm rest dirty. I cleaned it with a wet wipe and it was black. I am a doctor in the U.K. and this is unacceptable. The armchair must be cleaned in between patients. Receptionist otherwise very helpful and kind.

Ridiculous organization. Recently, I waited 30 minutes for a vaccine shot until I finally entered and an employee to say "This is not here, you have to go in the other building", of course it's been more than a year since the beginning of the COVID, yet no one judged useful to put a sign outside on the waiting line. Then, for a simple antigenic test, we waited 1 hour and a half for a paper certificate whereas most European countries will send you the documents on your email address. The medical staff is competent, but the administration is complete chaos, too bad it ruins the reputation of the place.

After 2 hours of waiting under the rain and thunders, an employee decided to close the van for PCR and antigen test in front of my face. She said we are closing in 2 pm and it was 1:58. I felt horribly all wet, which is not good at all for a sick person. The measures are not tailored for people who are probably sick of the deadliest virus of the 21st century. Very disappointed with the service of the COVID department. 🤢🤬
