Had to make labs for years there as it was a convenient place, also near metro station. Good reputation for the tests made. But long queues, waiting outside the building before opening hours, I somehow ALWAYS got the new receptionist and had to wait more, sometimes had insurance problems (I always check insurance availability the day before to be sure!!!), etc. However the medical staff is extremely good at their job and friendly too, results come online and on time, payment by card available, works with some insurance companies, invoices available immediately.

Abysmal Service at Bodimed Laboratory! I'm absolutely appalled by the lack of service I received at Bodymed Laboratory! As a mother of a young infant, my pediatrician ordered blood tests. We opted for their new location in Ovcha Kupel, only to encounter an inexperienced lab technician doubling as an administrator. She redirected us to their headquarters on Lajos Kossuth. Following a confusing phone conversation with headquarters, the representative assured me their most qualified laboratory assistant was stationed at the Pozitano location. They also misled me about sample pick-up times, claiming they accepted samples until 5:30 pm despite closing at 6:00 pm. Upon arriving at the Pozitano location at 5:00 pm with the baby, we were met with a series of inconveniences: -Unfriendly for strollers: Accessing the reception required navigating stairs, which is incredibly inconvenient for parents with prams. -Parking woes: There was no designated parking available. We were forced to circle the area searching for a paid spot in the zone, which is a major hassle in the city center. -Miscommunication and missed deadlines: To our utter disappointment, the cashier informed us that it was pointless for us to event come. Apparently, due to it being Friday, there was no courier available to transport the sample to their headquarters. This came as a surprise since the central office employee we spoke with earlier had assured us we could visite them in until 5:30 pm, with no mention of a courier deadline or Friday restrictions. This entire experience was beyond frustrating. It borders on irresponsible! How can a healthcare facility provide such contradictory information, direct patients to locations ill-equipped for their needs, and neglect crucial details like courier hours, especially on a Friday?! I strongly advise against using Bodimed Laboratory. Their lack of professionalism and organization is unacceptable, particularly when dealing with the health of a baby. Anyone seeking quality medical care should look elsewhere, to a more responsible healthcare facility.

I should've been lucky because i didn't face any problem. There were 2 register desks and 2 nurses. They were working really fast. No complaints, they might have changed the personnel because previous reviews are concerning...who knows

Not bad at all. The waiting time for receiving your results on paper might get very long in the early morning. After waiting for 15min one of the staff approached us and pulled us in front of the queue since we were with a toddler. So if you want to save ypu the waiting time you should consider bringing your little child with you or borrow someone's child for the purpose:) The staff were polite, but their work load was huge and waiting at any step of the process should be expected - especially now during the pandemic.

Terrible service. There is no human touch, people are like on a conveyor belt. This is the second and last time I visit this laboratory. The place where the blood was drawn swelled and turned blue a second time. Even the patch they put on me came off.
