Very convenient for Covid AntiGen travel tests. Only 10 leva, compared to other places where the same test is 45 leva. Works Sundays too. Results only in an hour. It's getting really overcrowded during afternoons

Adriana and her colleague from this morning (Friday, the 26th, 2025 — sorry I didn’t catch her name) were both incredibly professional and kind. Their level of service and care is truly outstanding. I’m very happy with my experience and grateful I had the chance to be assisted by them.

Convenient working time - they work on Saturdays. However, if you visit on a weekend day the lab could be very busy (a lot of people, mainly with children, are visiting it then). The staff works fast so you`ll be done in no time. Parking is very handy too.

I recently made an appointment with a doctor at Ramus Medical Center (Druzhba branch) and had a terrible experience. Despite receiving both a confirmation and a reminder for my appointment, the doctor did not show up. I waited, and there was no explanation or apology from the staff. Instead, they fabricated a story, claiming they had tried to contact me, but I didn’t answer, which was completely untrue. I received no call at all! It’s clear their system isn’t functioning properly, but instead of owning up to their mistake, they blamed the client. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against using their services.

Used this lab 3 times for PCR and antigen tests - everything was perfect - waiting time was short, results were out in just a couple of hours, really good business hours that allow you to visit the lab even when you work full time. Would totally recommend!
