They were speaking English and they did their job very well, I had to go there to get my job done professionally because the other lina few blocks away didn't know how to do their job. I recommend this one instead of the other one that is near there.

I went today for thyroid hormones tests. The lady that took my details was speaking very quietly, but she was actually very kind and she was the one that took the blood. I barely felt a pinch. Everything was done quickly and the tests were ready in the afternoon. I am very satisfied with the service.

Extremely rude, absolutely unacceptable behaviour towards people, let alone paying customers. I haven't been spoken to like this since kindergarten. The lady drawing blood hurt my arm and had mean remarks and although they confirmed the covid antibody test would provide reference values, I got a simple 'yes' with nothing more so the whole unpleasant experience was useless in the end. Do not go there, the whole staff should be fired.

Very unfriendly staff. On the phone I was told that the results arrive within 1 hour, on site they told me 2 hours and I have to go and pick up the certificate, no option for receiving it as pdf. Later I received the pdf as SMS and still went there expecting to receive a stamped and signed certificate. Instead I received a low quality print out. Upon asking why I was told to pick it up, I could have printed it myself, I received only an agry look. Waste of time and unfriendly staff!

I and a friend wanted to get count for Covid antibodies. We did not know there are different tests and they did not ask us. Ended with just a sertificate with index saing >250 and not the count. When we asked on phone we were told we can pay the difference and get the full count info. In the clinic we are told no such thing, we need to pay full price and do another blood work. THE STUPID PART is that both cost the same. Very UNprofessional people !!!
