An offended playschool, that doesn't stick to agreements and potentially causes lifelong damage to the client & his pet! (Varna branch) Explanation: At the first MRI appointment after just two minutes, I had significant problems with my back and hip due to the flat back position. The pressure in my back became unbearable and the MRI had to be stopped before it began. Afterwards I had an unpleasant tingling in my leg for hours and it hurt all day long. I also had trouble falling asleep that night (about nine hours later), because I couldn't find a pain-free rest position. Due to my concerns regarding the last MRI, MDL suggested to consult a neurosurgeon beforehand and anesthesia for the next MRI. The wording suggested that MDL knew a suitable neurosurgeon. So I asked them to contact that surgeon in my name. Even during their confirmation, there was no indication that they didn't even know a person like that! The MRI should take around 20 minutes, which is ten times as long after the pain started. And it looks like none of these Morons in Varna can estimate what happens, when there is too much pressure on the sciatic for so long - when a fraction of the time already cause the upper mentioned (severe) problems! They'll be the first to shrug their shoulders indifferently, if I end up paraplegic. So, their reference for a neurosurgeon looks like purely self-protection from the Sofia-branch! Upon my request due to the appointment with the neurosurgeon, i found out, that despite my lack of confirmation an appointment for an MRI had already been made three working days later, because the anesthetist surprisingly had a short amount of time. That raises the question of when would I have finally been informed by them about that appointment? Five minutes afterwards? Or would they have just been offended because I didn't show up at an unknown Meeting??? This appointment, which not only completely ignores the neurosurgeon, also KNOWINGLY did not fit into my current daily schedule. These people don't seem to care at all whether the patient needs a wheelchair after the examination or whether my cat gets hypoglycemic, because the older appointment at the vet has to be skipped - the main thing should be, that the images are good enough to be able to present an invoice! After I canceled an appointment that was NOT INITIATED BY ME and was also untenable, this insulted playschool stopped all communication, while my medication continues to cost me about 40 leva per week to relieve the pain a bit. The customer should find out on his own, that MDL (Varna) is refusing to serve the customer without saying a word after THEIR OWN MISTAKES!!! Highly professional behavior... How can it be, that such incompetent people are allowed to "work" without any supervision? I wouldn't even tolerate them as plastering interns! They obviously don't seem to have a sense of proportion nor proportionality. And any consequential damage, that could maybe last a lifetime, is arrogantly ignored by them! I've had underage apprentices, who acted more carefully!!! If I have to pay for the MRI and anesthesia in full despite having health insurance, then I am not a patient, but a customer - and as such I can expect, that older appointments are taken into consideration, if they are already known! On December 6, 2023, MDL Sofia informed me via email, that they were “very sorry to learn about the attitude you received from our colleagues in Varna”. They wanted to “conduct an internal investigation and refer your case to our management.” Well, maybe it'll only take them a few more years to react... You should think carefully about whether you really want to trust such people, despite their kindness. From my point of view, you can't even believe them, when they tell you the actual time! If MDL thinks to disagree with this review: I have the hole Correspondence on email and will publish it, if neccecary! Then everyone can get an informed picture of their unsocial behavior towards the paying as***le called customer!!!

Пациент съм на лабораторията от 10 год. Получавала съм винаги безкомпромисно професионално отношение към пациента от записването на часа , минавайки през лаборантите и стигайки до разчитането на резултата от съответния лекар. Все такива добри бъдете в това , което правите!
