Did a rapid antigen Covid test here on a Saturday morning. There was quite a long queue but people were lining up outside with enough distance - so no problem. Try to arrive maybe 15-20 min before they open as most people come just before opening time. Receptionists friendly even though they don't speak much English but that's no problem. Antigen test costs 33 leva, can pay with a card, results available to download online in about 30 minutes. The results are in English (you need to tell them you want it in English). The only downsides are: - The only patient info on the test result is name. No passport number and no date of birth. - The results only have the date but not the time of the test. Which basically means if you need a 48 hours test you can only use it the same day or next day. This seems to be a common issue with labs in Bulgaria though.

It was such a disappointment. I prefered them as I saw a picture online in which they are providing testing at the airport. I thought they must be okay. But this place literally wasted my 3 days for nothing. Even though the first time I went to ask I need an appointment, the properties of report etc, they said I can walk in and get tested anytime. I asked if I can get tested at 5, and they said “ of course”. I emphasised the question just to be sure and they specifically said I can go there at 5pm and can have the results in 30 mins. So, I went the other day at 5, just as I suggested and they told me it’s fine, yet they informed me that I can’t be tested because the lab is closed, they only deliver the results. I said that they told me I can be tested at this hour, but they didn’t elaborate, and said to me I need to come the next day! I went the next day at 2 pm, and without shame, they again, said me the lab is closed, I should have come earlier! I said “you told me to come today and didn’t specify a time. How can I know when the lab’s open and closed? I’m a foreign tourist”!!! The only thing they say “we can’t do antigen test now, come tomorrow” (!) What kind of sane people could do this and be okay about it? They have kept mislead me for 3 days and have the audacity to say “come tomorrow morning”! That’s outrageous. I straight away went to another lab and get tested and have my results in an hour.

Incompetent, slow, disorganized and rude. My daughter had to have blood taken and the lady taking it had no tact, grace or dexterity. Summary - crying child with hands covered in blood after waiting in line for over an hour (5 people in front of us total).

Years ago came for a STD test staff was friendly and explained everything, today did an antigen test for covid, got asked is it for travel and received a signed and stamped certificate in 30 minutes. Cannot complain at all

I was waiting 45 minutes for “fast” covid antigen test on the airport of sofia. Two persons were there but only one was working and the other one was just waiting and watching… ver ver very disappointed from the service!!!!
