I booked a meeting over the phone and it was not added to their calendar. So we had to wait on the line. On the phone I mentioned that it is about declaration for kids and they didn't informed me I am gonna need the birth certificate of the child IN ORIGIN. When we were there they refused to do the job without this document. Also my husband does not speak Bulgarian and they asked me to have an authorized translator. After that was not needed but we still should pay the lady. The attitude was rude and they put all fault to me for this mess.
