I spend a very good vacation at the hotel de la Ville, Avellino, Italy. I would like to come back again. Wonderful garden, clean rooms, kind staff!

Me and my wife have been on two trips with Premium Travel and we are very satisfied with the company and especially with the guide , Antonia, on the last trip - "Италия и Швейцария, приказните езера". We'll use that company again and we hope to have the same guide again!

First of all, I would like to note that we have had two trips with Premio Travel and we are overall happy with the organisation. However, it was last October when we went on a Nile Cruise ship (Egypt). It had an option for all inclusive, kindly advertised by Premio Travel (the sum was kind of equal to what you would by on-premise). So far, so good BUT it turned out that this "All inclusive" was a total SCAM!!! We had numerous problems and had to call the office as a group on multiple occasions. Despite most of the problems were "solved" the so called "All inclusive" IS SCAM and Premio Travel did nothing to protect us as their customers. Long story short, the beverages available for all inclusive were in plastic bottles (yes, alcoholic drinks in 750ml plastic bottles!) worth 3 euro each. The total price of the all inclusive was approx €36/day and the most valuable thing you can get is a beer which sells for €4. So, all in all, in order the "all inclusive" to make any sense, one must consume 10 beers/day. People who opted on free consumption paid like 30% of what we paid with similar and NORMAL consumption. After several back and forth emails Premio Travel decided to ignore us, instead of protect us. So we would like kindly warn all tourists heading to Egypt Nile Cruise - BEWARE of the "all inclusive". Also, pay attention to whether you are the first choice of the tour operator or its the money they take (not earn) from you!

Mr Teteriakov was our guide in the trip to Uzbekistan. On more than acceptance number of occasions, he did not do his job. If you want your business to survive, please make corrections to who you hire.
