Sylvia from the office in Varna was amazing and helped me a lot when choosing hotel. She is very patient and answered all my question. I would like also to give 10/10 to our tour guide Esra. She is soo kind, smiling all the time and gave us a lot of history information about the places we passed by. We had amazing experience and I would definitely choose Tours Club for my next holiday!
