Very disappointing experience with this major business. We bought the biggest diaper size available on their website and it doesn't fit our senior, disabled German Shepherd. They provide a measurement of 80cm around the waist of the diaper but it is still far too small for our dog (waist 70cm approx.). I contacted to ask how I can return the items (we bought 4 packets and have to keep the open packet even though we can't use it (20 leva)). I was informed that we not only have to pay for the courier fee but also pay for the most expensive type of courier service (office to address) even though this isn't stated on their website at all (that it has to be office to address) . No care or accommodations at all even though their diaper size is super vague and unhelpful. Very disappointed.
