This is the worst place I’ve ever been. The staff are unhelpful, avoid doing their jobs, and constantly make excuses. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Slowest service ever. Waited over two hours for a simple power of attorney document. Receptionist came multiple times teling me its going to take another 5-10 min, because the notary is in a meeting. Everyone has to wait in front of the front door, althought there is a waiting area inside. No organization what so ever, zero customer attitude, you can see people walking around inside and nobody seems to give an effort to speed up the incredebly slow service. Wouldn’t recomend using the notary unless you have half a day to waste in front of the door !!! 🤮🤮🤮

I was there about 6 months ago, but I will never forget it. They have a nice waiting space, which was empty, but we were made to wait outside the door. I needed a document for government office, I described to the receptionist what it was for, and was told there are several that might be what I need, and that I have to tell them which, and was sent outside again. I used my phone internet to figure out which one I need, with no councelling ftom them at all, then went back inside to tell them. They eventually agreed to print it themselves and sent me outside again to wait like a dog by the door. Then they came out and gave me the doc with the notary signature, I was,actually allowed inside to pay. Me and the other party signed the doc outside and left, hoping it's the right doc. No legal advice and humiliating treatment. Do not go there!

Rude staff that is very unhelpfull. It took us almost 2 hours to get our matter resolved. There was a client that arrived at 15h and they told her the notary wasn’t available, although they only close at 17h!

Worst Notarius in Sf. I just left from there! They asked for docs for my daughter to travel with her mom, but like no one asked! I made many verifications true the years, and no one asked me for the original birth certificate!!! They are included! It was always enough to bring copy... They just waste my time! Also no even try to understand and helped.... Very lame! Do not go there!
