Gergana Marinova demonstrates excellent expertise in electrification. She assisted us in restoring the electrical supply in our room with great professionalism. In addition, she is a cheerful, cooperative, and pleasant person, and she possesses a very charming presence. I highly recommend her.

I will no longer use any travel agency, because of my experience. The only thing that I am thankful for is that they left us with the opportunity to pay the deposit one day after the deadline. When we received the documents with our flights and hotel, the terminal was wrong. Okay, it happens, but when I told them that their information is not right I received very bad attitude both on the phone and via emails. Zero formal emailing skills, grammatical mistakes, etc. They did not tell me the exact hotel that we will be staying at. At the airport we could not get our boarding passes, because they were already taken and no-one told us. No one told us that there will be a person at the airport that will give us the boarding passes. I called them while we were at the airport and they did not know what is happening. Unacceptable. When we had to take the plane to go home, that same person gave us boarding passes that were printed so badly that the security did not accept them. Overall, nothing was in order and I am deeply disappointed, because the high amount of money expects a high amount of professionalism that I did not see.

I highly recommend MISTRAL!! ✨✨ Good and helpful stuff in the agency, nice hotels of the routes and cool experience with this agency! They also have direct flights to some very wanted destinations.

Complete and utter disappointment. The flights to our destination were in the morning when we booked the vacation with arriving at around 12 noon. Few days before the departure the flight was changed and the arrival at the location was close to 11pm. When contacted and asked what kind of a compensation we are getting for wasting a day from our vacation we were advised that they will not do anything. Use with extreme caution!!!

The first time we used Mistral was to travel to the Maldives, which did not go well. However, we gave it a second chance and booked a trip to Tunisia, where our guide Gergana went above and beyond our expectations. She picked us up from the airport and explained the program for the next week. She gave us tips and suggestions on what to do there. Overall, the Tunisia trip was fun, stress-free and well-organized!
