5/5. I kitted out my home with furniture from this company. I have only had good experiences with them - smooth, quick and easy to communicate with. I feel like the reviews for this company are unfair: you will only come to google and put 1 star for this company if you have a delay or issue. But for the thousands of customers who have a perfect experience like me, it's not going to come to their mind to leave a good review, which is unfortunate because the reviews do not fully represent the best this company has to offer. I have attached a photo of one of the furnitures I bought from Mebeli za Vseki. It is high quality for a fair price. The website has thousands of products to choose from - so much choice, it was difficult to make a decision! - No complaints, keep up the great work!

Terrible customer service My couch is being delayed more than 2 months out of schedule and the store never notified me about the reason or the needed extra time After I reached out to them they acted ignorant and refused any cooperation (except they offered me to pick up my order myself while I cover the shipping cost) On our latest phone call the owner verbally attacked us and threatened us with physical violence if we disturb them ever again This is the worst customer experience I've ever had EDIT: We got contacted again today on 11.04 and the shop did offer us the help we asked for few days ago - to deliver the couch within the desired date and to cover the shipping costs - for which I am grateful I am glad you have thoroughly reviewed our case and offered assistance at the end - however I just wanted to point out that we didn't get notified within 7 work days after the recent incidents in Turkey that our couch would get delayed - we got this info after we reached you Either way this is still better outcome than we expected

Extremely nice and helpful staff. If you’re buying furniture, buy it from them. An experience this positive is rare. Their products seem to be of good quality as well, in particular their couches. Overall would definitely buy again and I recommend this place to everyone.

Изключително разочарована съм от отношението. Платих за монтаж, без да ми бъде издадена фактура или касова бележка. Допълнително договорената цена беше завишена впоследствие. След отказ от услугата ми обещаха връщане на сумата по банков път, но след седмица промениха условията и изискват лично посещение в склад, за да получа парите си. Това е некоректна практика и не бих се доверила отново.
