Went in the shop a couple of minutes before 19:00, the official closing time of the shop. Noone paid attention to me, 3 ladies chatting between each other behind the counter...however about less than a minute after my entirance I was approached by a sales lady asking me if I am looking for anything in PARTICULAR because they are CLOSING and it is 19:00 pm (in a bit of a rude and unpolite manner). Well, I left before 19:00 for sure and I would not return ever. Do not recommend!

How do you call NO SRVICE attitude ? Not trained staff, not trained about what they are selling! NOT HELPING, NOT RESPONSIVE, NOT TRYING TO SELL... WE got there at 19:00 and all the sales lady did is reminding us that they are closing soon ...SO NO SERVICE, JUST WANT TO GO HOME! Instead of actually doing her job of offering us what we came for and showing the goods, explaining what are the features... just another angry lelechka!

The best ski shop in Bulgaria! The staff is always polite and really helpful. The prices are reasonable, as well. No better ski reseller anywhere else!
