Absolutely stupendous. Richard and Janice are some of the nicest people I had the fortune of dealing with. Words are not enough to express my gratitude for all they have done for me and my dog, in a difficult time. I am sure my dog still misses them. As for the location and facilities: in a few words, a green paradise for your pupper. Quiet, clean, well organized. Rest assured, your dog will be well fed, cared for, pampered and entertained. I can tell you that this place is awesome, but the real review should come from my dogs. Kira & Asparuh are former street dogs, and both get a bit of separation anxiety if I'm not with them (they will follow me from room to room even if I'm going going to the loo). I dropped them off so I could visit friends for a couple of days; my first time using a kennel. They settled in without fuss, and were chilled with Jess straight away. When I came to collect them I thought I was going to be mobbed and licked to death for releasing them from their prison, but the opposite was true; they actually seemed annoyed that I was taking them home, like felting young kids from a play centre! So yes, I like the place (big runs, professional staff, keen pricing) but most importantly my dogs were happy and relaxed here, and that's all that matters really.

Fab place run by caring owners. We left our labradoodle there for a week whilst travelling to Istanbul - despite the searing heat the dogs have a cool tiled floor in their kennel, plus outdoor space in the sunshine. Very good service, and highly reassuring. Highly recommended for anyone travelling in the area (local or foreign). Thank you!

Our Pets always go to Janice and Charles, kennels are heated in winter, all our Pets are very happy with them, never had a problem. They will pick up your Pets and bring them back to you, if required. The kennels have always passed the numerous occasions, surprise Inspections carried out by the Bulgarians. Our Pets have been going to Dog Tried and Cat Nap for 14 year's. Recommended. Thank you both for the brilliant service.

We left our dogs for the first time with Charles and Janice and they couldn't have been in better hands, they are a lovely couple . I can see why people recommend Dog Tired ...they are professionals at what they do with great prices . Our dogs will definitely be back again in the near future 😊
