All compliments to the staff! Since I don’t live in Bulgaria, I contacted the bookstore via email to ask if they had the book I was interested in. Not only did they reply, but they also offered to set the book aside at the counter so I could purchase it. Everything was handled perfectly. 😊

It's relatively small but it has a selection of books, games and stationary. I came for pens and pencils and other school items)) bought everything in one shot, fast and handy

This particular store of Ciela has one of the biggest collection of books in english in sofia! Although the staff is not always the friendliest, the amount of books, gifts and other items is amazing! Would recommend if you're searching for a particular book.

Very good store! I go there to purchase CD's and exactly in this store there is everything. I bought from there AcDc Back in black , Green day American Idiot Gorillaz Metallica and more! Is super close to the metroso that is great love the service there!!!

It's super messy, no organization. The staff is kind of rude and doesn't seems to know where things are (I found my book faster than the guy I asked where a specific book was). The english section is small and half of it is trendy cheaply written romance. They are at least 10 years late for the horror/thriller section in english. The Ciela near serdika is way better with x5 the quantity of English books and the staff is awesome. I went at this one just because someone told me it has the biggest english section in all Sofia and it's cleary not true. even Orange center has more and it's already the smallest I found.
