Clean good hotel. Not luxurious but good. The employees are kind. I had to use google translate for communication but it's ok ok

I stayed here for several times; the last one was a little better than usual, but still really bad. They renovated rooms and it looks fresher now. Breakfast was better this time too. But mold and cockroaches in the room are really frustrating.

Although room looked nice and it is within reasonable walking distanceI found it quice disappointing that it was very dirty. Bed was not comfortable. Rugs needed some serious vacuuming and the couch was broken, same as fridge. Toilet was small and there was barely any air in it. 1 year after pretty same. Rooms have not been updated. Receptionist lady was the only helpful and polite person there. 8 months after breakfast has been updated and the rooms were slightly cleaner. Check in went by fast too.

We were there for 3 nights and this was my second time staying there with my family. It's good location 5 min to walk city center Haskovo. If we talk about rooms , not so clean, hot, but it's budget hotel u can stay to city center. Staff were super friendly, room comfort was 2 star 🌟 but if u look another things, u can stay. If u re looking budget place and close location to the city center Haskovo recommend just don't expect much about room comfort.

Too hot in the rooms. There is a kind of retro air conditioner that generates only noice with 0 efficiency. Outside is very noisy due to the view is towards the street which makes impossible sleep on open windows. Good thing I found is that there are two types of pillows - slim and big one, which for some people like me is important. Price is considerable acceptive.
