This is a competent tour operator however customer service can always improve. I booked three one-day trips with them and I have been delivered decent service so far. Two trips are pending. However I am not very impressed by the attitude of some of the staff from the office on "Maria Luisa" Blvd. Especially the [person acting as] office manager. [ Edit: Yes, I am sure it's your office on "Maria Luisa" Blvd. I booked three trips with you! It might have not been the office manager ...but another female representative - Either way - the attitude was poor...] Somewhat unprofessional. Snappy, moody, annoyed at information or booking request changes that fall well within their job responsibilities and the terms and conditions of the contract I (we) signed. I had to cancel one of the day trips I booked and while looking for alternatives I stopped by the office a couple of times for consultation. The representative, while speaking very good English, seemed puzzled by my requests and somewhat annoyed. The representative asked for feedback to his manager [ or colleague I am not sure], to which she reacted rather poorly. Saying it wasn't ok for me to be rebooking my trips several times. However I had NOT rebooked or cancelled anything until that point. And even though they're keeping 30% of the total price of the booking she retorted it was not ok... I heard her and I told her that I had only been consulting options until that point and that I was trying to use their service. I mentioned to the representative that maybe she's not understanding what's happening as it is in English. She then shot back, " I understand." However, she had not, at any moment, addressed me in English. She only spoke to the representative in Bulgarian. [She didn't even know the situation in detail.] So, basically she was telling me in my face it was not ok to make changes ( part of the agreed contract) even though they're still keeping 30% of my money. For a booking that was not effective for more than two weeks by the way... After this the representative changed his demeanor and had an attitude until we finished our transaction. To be fair, the representative was overall helpful but his attitude could be better. After this uncomfortable exchange, I really wanted to cancel it all, get my money back, and walk out of their office... It's just poor customer service... but I still have two trips booked with them and I hope they turn out as nicely as the first ( it wasn't perfect) but I am baffled with the attitude these people were showing towards their costumer...specially if they're taking my money. You are providing a service. If you cannot be accommodating, helpful, and gracious to your customers maybe you're in the wrong business... I've read other reviews here and the replies/comments coming from the agency itself to unsatisfied users leave a lot to be desired... so yeah. I might change this review after the other two trips but It all will depend on your costumer service. [Edit: Just to make it clear, there was no atittude on my side. Only the desire to book your service and figure out a situation that it's fairly common. There was no need for your staff to act like you're bothering them or it's not ok to make changes - specially when I am assuming the cost...] My first trip ( to Bansko, Koprivshtitsa and Leshten) wasn't perfect. We lost the guide in Bansko, the ethnographic house was closed, we only had about an hour in Koprivshtitsa... - it rained on us - we had only one hour Leshten... But even then, the bus driver was helpful and also the tour guide and I was left satisfied. I know it's only 60bgn for a day-trip but still I am looking forward to being impressed with a good service!

I've been traveling with the company for 5 years now and always felt the freedom of going around aside from the main tour, which is what I love about it. It has it's downsides, but which company doesn't. Cheap transfers and many choices, that's what I want, that's what I get

Виж в GoogleЗа първи път пътувам с агенцията. Бяха коректни и точни. Програмата и часовете бяха спазени на 100%. Пътувах по маршрута Мелник, Роженски манастир и с. Златолист с ексурзовод Криси и шофьор Лозан. Екскурзоводката даваше полезна информация и беше интересно поднесена, много сме доволни от Криси! Шофьорът също караше разумно и не е имало никакви проблеми повреме на пътя. Телефонът на екскурозовода, час на тръгване и т.н. може да се проверят на сайта чрез номера на договора, което е много удобно. Единствено би ми се искала да има повече време в гр.Мелник за сметка на с. Златолист защото за повечето хора бяха достатъчни и 30 минути там, след което останалите 30 ги прекараха да стоят в двора на църквата и да се чудят какво да правят. Това разбира се е въпрос на лично предпочитание. Накрая на пътуването получихме и брошури с други оферти и анкета за обратна връзка, което беше супер. Аз нямах химикал и не можах да я попълня, но споделям впечатленията си тук. Препоръчвам агенцията!

Никаква комуникация никаква организация (шофьора и екскурзовода не разрешиха да спрем на безмитния магазин въпреки че по програма трябваше).Никога повече с тази фирма
