Easy parking. Great selection of both CV equipment and weights, on three floors. Ladies showers on 2 floors. Towels provided free of charge for both the gym and showering. All equipment very clean . Best fitness facility in VT. Since writing this review, my opinion has changed. No showers available,alledgedly due to the virus and no air conditioning in the CV area. As the membership appears to be down, are these essential facilities closed to save money? However, membership fees remain the same. Very disappointed, and despite me addressing these concerns no one appears to either discuss this or even be concerned. Unfortunately, the management appear to be more concerned that the tiled floor is shone to a mirror like brightness ( more like a hotel lobby!) If you're interest is CV fitness do not join during the summer months, as this area is stifling hot!! Coupled with no showering facility. Other members are also complaining to no avail and still nothing is resolved. Have checked out other gyms in the local area, and all have functioning air conditioning, and open showers. Spa 17 is now simply a disgrace!!!

Probably the best fitness around the region. Extremely clean and bright. My only advice to the management is to put a sign to the side entrance that the entry is on the other side - that almost sent me away thinking that it was closed. 5 stars from me
