Sent my Mom and Grandma on a trip to Turkey as a gift for Grandma’s birthday. Both are extremely happy with the 3-day Istanbul trip and the guide Baiyram was very helpful. They got to see most sights in a short amount of time , got a boat trip included and got to learn very interesting historical facts thanks to the tour guide. Would strongly recommend.

Well done Emerald, I have to admit I was a little bit sceptical about the experience we'll be having. it's because the feedback you have is quite controversial. However our experience in Antalya was great, the only pross coin were the character flight delayed quite a lot both of the ways, especially the return flight. I could really recommend that you keep the guests in touch with that as the board crew said you would have known there's a great delay. Everything else were perfect, I'm also very happy with the help of your partner Kalanit, especially Neli. She was marvellous, patient, listening and understanding, just perfect service Thumb up 👍 👍 Neil 💕 🙏

Do not go to Vogue Hotel Bodrum, bad WiFi, food, drinks changing rules all the time. Ultra all inclusive but you paying for popcorn or ice cream and many more half of the slides not working! Do Not Go

WARNING! Awful excursions, do not arrange anything with Emerald directly!!!! Аlways book tours and excursions with hotel or local company directly - Emerald will take you to the worst and most expensive places just to take their commission- horrible program, extremely high priced and low quality places, bad organization, worst busses, no timing, awful food and restaurants, no attention to details, lost a whole day of my vacation because I booked a city tour with them in Egpyt and was taken to the worst remote shops, veeeery bad restaurant, Pharmacy (?!) - who wants to shop at a pharmacy and lose 1 hour while on vacation, is this normal?? We then went to a museum which was the highlight of this trip but we only went there for 20 munites and it was last stop...absolutely waist of money and time. DO NOT BOOK WITH EMERALD - only charter flight was ok, and the Hotel, but we booked the most expensive one anyways, and it was the only thing that could not ruin for us.

The worst traveling agency. We booked a trip to Bodrum. It was the worst vacation I have ever had. First we arrived at the airport where a person from emerald was supposed to wait for the group. There was no person waiting. Then we arrived at the hotel where they gave us the worst room possible. It was moldy, dark and smelly, the furniture was about to break. We were offered trips to different places. We chose the one to Ephesus with a local tour guide from the traveling agency. Every stop we made was at some shop. We made a stop at Galata quality, a jewellery shop out guide assured us was selling top quality jewellery. Little did we know that was a lie. It turned out the place was a scam and the guide was getting part of the money we spend there. Unfortunately, we realised it a little too late. Then we contacted the representative of the agency from whom we book the trip to Ephesus. She continued lying to us but said she would contact them. Then customer service called but we couldn't get out money back. They should be ashamed they put their guides interest in money before customer well-being.
