The service could be a bit faster, and a more welcoming attitude from the bartenders would make the experience even better. It feels a little too bright for a nightclub atmosphere. The sound system could definitely be improved, especially compared to clubs in neighboring countries. Also, allowing smoking indoors may not be comfortable for everyone. On the positive side, the choice of guest DJ was great - Guy J always leaves a good impression with his music.

Went there last weekend and it was packed! Great energy. If you want to experience real Sofia nightlife, skip the tourist traps and come to CLWD. Friendly staff and fast bar service.

Paid 25 leva for the Weeknd party, had to wait 3 hours for it and dj played 30 min then switched the music :( . But the main reason I think that this place is worth 3 stars is due to the overcrowding - I know it's a club, but you gotta stop letting people in at some point...there was no place to move/dance/breathe. This is a hazard, especially since everyone is smoking inside. To end on a positive note the interior is nice and bartender was attentive.

Nice club overall – great atmosphere, lights and music. The place itself is cool and has good potential. However, be very careful at the entrance. The sign clearly said 20 BGN entry, but when paying by card I was charged 40 EUR for two people, which is nowhere near the correct conversion. I didn’t make a scene at the time, but this kind of practice feels misleading and leaves a bad impression. Shame, because otherwise the club is enjoyable. Just double-check what you’re being charged if you’re paying in euros. Edit: Called the number and the staff was very professional and promptly fixed the error. Might have been an issue with the systems due to the recent currency turn to Euro but the situation was rectified asap. 5 stars.

Been here 2 times with my friends, a group of 3 male foreigners speaking english, and never had any issue. Once without any reservation / ticket, once with ticket bought online. The first time we entered before midnight just to be sure, maybe it can help you. About the prices: wardrobe is free, the drinks cost 9 euro circa, the entry was 10 euro for a "normal" night and 20 euro for what it seemed like an event with famous djs, they accepted both card and cash. The club is cool, you don't see people using their phones, no people taking photos (it's a rule), but the very few times I saw someone doing it, it didn't happen anything, no angry bouncers. There is a chill room where you can relax and sit down for a bit, in some night it also has a dj with slightly different music. The main room has a lot of tables, the tables are also on the "dancefloor", I think this is how it works in Bulgary cuz I saw the same pattern in other clubs. It's a popular club, even on thursdays it got full and crowded, so don't worry, you won't end up in a empty club. Most of the people were dressed casual, still you can check the dresscode required on their instagram. I recommend it to everyone, I loved their commercial music night.
