I don’t like the genre of music that they play there and it was my first visit to a place, where you can listen to such music. It was quite packed, the tables were too close to each other and I don’t really know how are the prices at the clubs in Sofia, but we paid 50 leva per person for a bottle of alcohol and soft drinks. The lights and interior were good. We also had to pay 10 leva per person for the entrance.

I was at this place on a Sunday night with two friends. When we arrived, they refused to let us in, saying we needed a reservation. When we asked how to get one, they simply ignored us and gave no explanation whatsoever. The exact same thing happened to two Ukrainian guys we met right after. Conclusion: absolutely disgusting experience. The staff was rude, arrogant, and blatantly discriminatory. It felt openly racist and completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it.

It is truly disappointing to witness the way business is conducted here. One would expect a place like this to focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere and making guests feel valued, but instead, it seems the primary goal is to squeeze every last cent out of customers, regardless of the experience they have. What should have been a joyous celebration for us was tainted by the behavior of waiter Ljubo, who not only presented us with an inflated invoice but did so with a level of audacity that bordered on extortion. We came prepared to spend money—happily, even—but instead of appreciation, we were met with a petty attempt to take advantage of us. The bitter irony is hard to ignore: in an industry where hospitality and integrity should be at the forefront, this establishment has managed to turn something as simple as good service into a farce. Ljubo’s actions speak volumes, and unfortunately, they speak poorly not only of him but of the entire business. And perhaps there is no surprise in the fact that Ljubo remains a waiter; integrity and respect seem to be qualities reserved for greater ambitions.

They don’t return change Bartenders regularly keep the change and act like it’s normal. It feels like they deliberately try to rip you off with every order.

Tables are packed too close to each other, there’s barely room to move. The club is overcrowded, no working air conditioning, and the atmosphere feels like a sauna.
