Shockingly bad. I visited this clinic as felt unwell. I tried to explain to receptionist that I would like to see a doctor. She just laughed and looked at her colleague. Highly unprofessional, rude and unpleasant. I immediately and went elsewhere for advice.

This clinic is a parody of a medical facility. Never visit or trust them, as they are driven solely by the clink of coins and are miles away from modern medicine. It is common knowledge that most patients do not recover after staying at the clinic. Against thousands of Euro out of your pocket all kinds of pseudo-operations are performed that do not cure, but rather aggravate the patients' condition, often times fatally. This deadly business is loftily advertised as highly-technological procedures. The truth is that neither their equipment is last generation - in fact it is rather outdated, nor the doctors have the required expertise and professionalism. Just to remind the recent case with a child fatally left for 4 hours under full anesthesia for dental treatment. In a single word – unprofessional and mercantile. Stay away if you want to survive!

Clinic not recommended. The treatment has been painful and the receptionist was violent, banging on the counter and looking bad. All to wait for my insurance to give me some information. Obviously I've left and I'm going to another clinic.

Very prompt, kind, and caring service provided by Medicus Alpha . The clear communication and thorough appointment was really important as well. Thank you very much for your vital assistance on New Years Eve, and I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

Extremely slow and inefficient. Made an appointment for a check-up during "normal working hours" , nevertheless still waited 1-2h to get to the doctor although no other customers were waiting at the time. They claim they work 24/7. Just hope that none one has to use their services in emergency. Customer service can be certainly improved. Poor customer service for a private clinic.
