The salads were nice and fresh, the cheeseballs were actually surprisingly delicious,unlike other places that are below average, the lamb with rice was traditional and very well cooked, but thats as far as the positives go. The “paella” with seafood was not paella. It was an overboiled rissotto. The taste was saved by the saffron and nothing else. The most disappointing was the octopus with the emperor’s rice and the raisins. Disgusting combination. And the octopus on its own was slimy and overboiled, with nothing on it to add a little flavor, no olive oil, no vinegar or lemon,not even a little salt. We didn’t touch the octopus dish after we tried it, and when we paid the bill the waiter was not interested to even ask why we didn’t eat it nor to remove it from the bill. Also while when we got there the restaurant was half empty, we many times had to look for our waiter. After we gave our initial order,the waiter took all the menus despite me telling him i want one on the table, and he just took it,saying i will bring it to you later when you ask for it. Horrible service. Mediocre food. The last positive has to be the decoration and style of the place. It has a nice old-luxury atmosphere,almost like a cruise ship. Disappointed since the style predisposed us for better quality of both food and service.

The service is outstanding – extremely professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. The staff make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive, and their attitude adds so much to the overall experience. The atmosphere is great as well – stylish, comfortable, and perfect for both a casual meal and a special evening out. The food is excellent, well-prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can tell that the kitchen pays attention to quality and detail. Overall, Bianco offers a high-level dining experience, and I’m very pleased with everything. 👉 Highly recommended!

DEC2025: a good option for Bulgaria-fusion food, with strong western influences and even sushi. We did not try many dishes, but liked the ambiance and great service. Definitely a place full of good energy and happy locals. Few tourists. Highly recommended

With how many dishes are on the menu, I did not expect it be good (as it happens in 90% of cases). Fortunately, this was the other 10%. The food was delicious. And the prices are also very fair.

Tasty food with reasonable prices and an incredibly varied Mediterranean menu which cuts across the board. The ambience is also great when it’s not too busy; love the demarcation for smokers and non-smokers. Overall, the service was great and the staff were able to communicate well in English.
