Burger and Sweets "Асеневци" в Велико Търново

Really good burgers in a cool little spot! The burgers are juicy, tasty, and prepared quickly. The staff is extremely friendly and pleasant, and the prices are more than reasonable. It’s hard to find such a combination of quality and value. I’m deducting one star only for two minor drawbacks: although the kitchen is open and the burger is made in front of you, the smell tends to linger on your clothes and hair. Additionally, the restroom is located in the neighboring nightclub (accessed with a token from the burger bar) and isn’t the cleanest or most convenient. Despite these minor issues, the place is definitely worth a visit. I can confidently say that these burgers are not only among the best in Sofia but in all of Bulgaria.

I take reviews seriously so I try to be as honest as possible. I will not be going back to this place. The cashier had a bad attitude, so from the get-go I didn't feel good about the place. The burger and fries came quickly, however, which was nice. I first tasted the fries and found them to be crispy with a good amount of salt, but I have nothing else positive to say about the place. I moved on to the burger, which immediately started to fall apart, as you can see in the pictures. Everything was dripping out and the bun quickly split apart. I ended up finishing the burger with the knife and fork that the cashier gave me. Who wants to eat a burger with utensils? Skip it and go down the street to Vkusoteria instead. That place is so much better!

Everybody was friendly and the store was nicely decorated. The burgers aren’t the best (coming from someone who is used to American burgers), but they are open early and have lots of options. The wings were good. If you need to use the WC. You need to ask for a key.

Great place 👍 with great friendly staff 👌and great quality tasty gourmet burgers - one of the best I've tried. Burger options, that are worth the 7-10 mins wait time - prices are reasonable, quality exceeded our expectations. Definitely recommend. Located at the center, near top attractions - it is a really decent place for quality gourmet fast food, you can choose from a menu, as well translated in English, with variety of options, not only burgers (sandwiches and deserts, that are ready to take).

I like the place very much. The atmosphere is very cozy and the burger's taste is amazing. Definitely you need to try the "chips", best chips in the area.
