Engine oil change – done quickly, and I was scheduled within an hour after calling by phone. However, in my opinion, the quality of the service didn’t match the price asked. I noticed that the air intake manifold was left uncovered during the oil fill – it wasn’t protected or wiped clean, unlike what I’ve seen in other garages or when I change it myself. In my subjective view, the drainage process could’ve taken a bit more time, and the car could’ve been tilted slightly on the lift, if possible. The old oil filter was removed by hand, since I installed it myself last time, but the new one was tightened very firmly using a wrench – something I personally avoid and know is not recommended by most manufacturers. The requested price was 60 BGN, with no card payments accepted. I received a 10 BGN discount because I had already replaced the cabin filter myself, which I genuinely appreciated. I wouldn’t describe the service as professional, although I expected that for such a basic procedure, the choice of workshop wouldn't really matter.

I can't really say anything about the quality of service. Went there for refrigerant refill. Didn't like the price offered. It seemed a bit too much compared to other places. Even though "leakage" test was done in another place, I was told that needs to be done again ( for additional fee of course). I do not recommend.

1 star for prompt, fast service. 0 for quality, extremely high price, attitute and willingness to actually put any work into repair. Nothing was repaired on 2 occasions and have to find a better mechanic. Waste of time.
