So, today I washed my car at this car wash. Normally, I don't wash my car there because it's far for me, but whenever I have, I've always been satisfied with the service. This time, I decided to buy some interior cleaning products because a friend recommended them, saying they were imported Italian products, not expensive, and he was right! However, the dispenser door was jammed, and I couldn't get my purchase. I called the customer service number, explained the situation, and the person apologized several times for the inconvenience. He asked me to come by later when he was there to pick up the product, promising he'd compensate me for the trouble! He was polite, and I decided there was no need to argue or get angry; these things happen! I went in the afternoon and got my product, plus two more for different needs than the one I originally bought. He also gave me a nice air freshener! So, let me tell all you haters! If you're going to hate – offer an alternative! Tell me where it's better, don't just complain here, because that helps no one! And please, don't be negative, because negativity only brings negative things into your life, and that's all you'll see in this life. If I had decided to yell at the guy, it wouldn't have made me feel better, nor him. So, be kind and patient with the people around you, and life will improve, and good things will happen to you! Stay healthy!

Well, if you wanna donate some pocket money to the owner, this is the perfect choice! You can only lose your time without any positive effects on the car. Probably this is one of the worst places for cleaning your vehicle in Sofia city. From one hand you must act like Speedy Gonzales, from another hand cleaning materials are with poor and low quality. Including shampoo and foam ... when it is working, including winter time. Even more water is dirty, too. So don't expect much. The car will stay dirty after cleaning here, and you definitely need to use a microfiber towel, for example, to finish the cleaning process with good results for your vehicle. Just skip it. Avoid and find another place for your car. Otherwise, in case you want the owner to live luxurious with your money, then you are more than welcome to be a customer here. Enjoy 🤗

This self service car wash is probably the best I have ever used. It will be my new default location to keep the car cleaned up. The guys working there were super friendly and helpful. The tech and the washing foam is superb. Water is filtered so no white spots on the car if you’re in a hurry. Recommend it.

Changing my review score to 1 because they reduced the water pressure by half and now it cant do anything to the dirt (and is twice as expensive)
